What women and men want

Men often like more physical closeness. The Yang comes from the outside to the heart center.

Women often like more emotional closeness. The Yin comes from inside to the heart center.

Both have to find a common path, otherwise the relationship is not particularly pleasant for either of them, whether Yin or Yang, then it is difficult to keep love alive. We humans then become grumpy, angry, annoyed or sad.

Love is the stuff from which the universe, Gaia and also we ourselves were created. Love wants to show itself, it wants to be lived and also recognized.

If we repress love or are afraid of it, we get stuck in the smaller consciousness of the lower three chakras and make no progress with our spiritual development. Instead, let us imagine breathing through our heart chakra and go with our consciousness to our inner heart center as often as we remember during the day.

Let us live and love from the heart. Then it also works out with the approach between Yin and Yang!
